Penrose Financial Services

Penrose Financial Services (PFS) is the capital markets arm of The Penrose Group. PFS is the correspondent for six life insurance companies and originates and services loans on their behalf. In addition to correspondent lending PFS also places debt and equity with a variety of other sources including banks, pension funds, opportunity funds and private equity. PFS has arranged billions of dollars in financing in both debt and equity since formation in 1990. PFS has used various structures to meet client’s needs, including construction loans, bridge loans, term loans, mezzanine debt, participating mortgages, preferred equity and joint ventures.
