Timothy Riordan
Senior Director

Mr. Riordan is a Senior Director of Penrose Group. He joined Penrose in 2005 after working as a Senior Financial Analyst with Morgan Stanley. Mr. Riordan specializes is structuring joint ventures, arranging both debt and equity for the company. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in both Maryland and Georgia and holds a BA in Finance from James Madison University.
