J. Christian Merdoc
Vice President

Mr. Merdoc is a Vice President of Penrose Financial Services. He joined Penrose in 1996 after working as a loan officer for Atlantic Coast Mortgage Company and BF Saul Mortgage Company. Mr. Merdoc focuses on placement of debt with the Penrose correspondent lenders as well as with other banking and life insurance company relationships. Mr. Merdoc holds a BA in economics from the University of Maryland.
