Mr. Gregg has over 30 years of experience in various aspects of commercial, residential, hospitality and retail real estate. Mr. Gregg founded the Penrose Group in 1990 and its team of professionals has become one of the leading diversified real estate firms in the Washington, DC area providing asset management, development and finance services to the real estate industry. Mr. Gregg is a member of many professional and charitable organizations, he earned his BA from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul Minnesota.
