Gary Edell
Director of Leasing

Mr. Edell began his real estate career in 1988 with Carey Winston (now Transwestern Commercial Services) where he spent 8 years representing tenants and landlords throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. During those 8 years, Gary was involved in leasing transactions totaling over 1 million square feet. In 1996, he became the Vice President of Leasing for the Penrose Group, where he has overseen the leasing of 750,000 sf of office space and 120,000 sf of retail space at King Farm, a 430 acre mixed-use community developed by the Penrose Group. Additionally, Mr. Edell is the Principal broker for the Penrose Group and represents tenants and purchasers throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. Mr. Edell holds a BA in Economics and Finance from Clark University.
